The Discovery Call
What Happens on a Discovery Call?
No pitch, no pressure. Here's exactly what we'll cover, so there are no surprises — and an honest note: most people we talk to don't end up buying a franchise, and that's a completely fine outcome. Our first job is helping you figure out whether franchise ownership makes sense for you at all.
It's About 30–45 Minutes, and We'll Talk About:
- Your current situation — career, what you enjoy about it (and don't), and what's prompting you to explore ownership now
- Your “why” — what you're hoping business ownership solves or provides
- Your vision — what success looks like 3–5 years out, and what your ideal day-to-day would be
- Your strengths — the skills and work you're energized by, so we're not matching you against your grain
- Your preferences — hands-on or manager, home-based or retail, B2B or consumer, employees or a lean operation
- Your lifestyle — the hours you actually want to give this, how much travel or physical demand you're up for, and how the business needs to fit around family, health, or other commitments
- Your financial picture — investment budget, financing comfort, and income goals during ramp-up
- Your timeline and readiness — including who else is part of the decision
What We Won't Do:
- Pitch you a specific brand before we understand your situation
- Pressure you to make a decision on the call
- Ask for any payment — this call, and everything after it, is free
One honest ask in return: if we move forward together, we'll ask you to commit to weekly check-ins throughout the discovery process. The most successful outcomes come from people who stay engaged and responsive, not from us chasing you down.
After the call: If it makes sense to keep going, we'll send you a short questionnaire and start building your personalized brand matches.
